Your First Visit to Our Warren Practice

You'll be warmly welcomed by the Kay Chiropractic Team

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

On your first visit into our office, you can expect to be in a comfortable and friendly environment. Our goal is make every patient feel at home. We are very excited that you have taken the first step to a better quality of life.

When you arrive for your visit, there will be a sign-in sheet at the front desk, at that point you will be given a form about health and history about you, so the doctor can get an understanding of your symptoms, when it began, and your family background. After that is completed, you will be taken into the exam room where you will meet the doctor and discuss what your goal is and what results you are looking for.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

Your first visit will take longer than your next series of visits. With your first visit, you can expect to be about an hour, your next visits won't be as long. We are very considerate about your time and know it is valuable to you.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Richard Asks some important questions of interest to Warren residents - Chiropractor Warren Dr. Richard Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
